Reservations

⦿ Party reservation hosts must check in at the front desk upon arrival with your confirmation number. Management reserves the right to move parties when deemed necessary. 

⦿ No outside food or drinks are allowed without prior approval. Ice cream and Ice cream cakes are not allowed. For reservations over 2 hours, there is a fee of $150.00 per hour over. We ask for a 30-minute grace period between parties for our team to clean and prepare for the next gathering.

⦿ Party decorations are welcome with respect to our vintage walls. No tape is allowed on walls or wall paper. No confetti is allowed and no outside music or microphones are allowed as our restaurant is an open space with no actual conference rooms on site. You are allowed to move the tables as needed but they can not block our isles as our staircases are used by all customers. Tables can not block access for our staff entrances and fire exits. Please ask for a trash bag for your own paper decorations paper plates or wrapping paper clean up. 

⦿ We are a walk up counter and we do not offer waiters or service staff to assist you during your party. Please prepare to pick up your food at the counter and drinks at the bar once ordered. These will not be delivered to you as reservations are free to our dine in customers on a first come first serve basis.

⦿ Pre-ordering with instructions to schedule for an advanced party reservation is recommended. You can order via our app or website. 

⦿ We do not have an atm on site. We do sell quarters at the pick-up counter for cash only.

⦿ Candles are welcome with caution. We retain the right to refuse service for any reason. Parking is free and any special needs should be noted on your reservations so we can prepare for those in advance. 

⦿ Reservation requests made on our website will be followed up by a staff member with a confirmation number before they become an actual reservation. We do not offer group rates or allow outside vendors to use our facility to sell products or services.
